Paranormal encounters and ghost stories have been reported down through the ages. A friend of mine said he knew a girl that could communicate with the dead. I didn’t believe him. He invited me to an “encounter” to prove it.
He proved it and inspired me to seek a scientific explanation for such paranormal events.
I started by trying to understand just what a "spirit" could be. If such exists then it must be some sort of energy. Einstein has shown us that there is a direct relationship between matter of which our bodies are made and energy. Remember his famous equation: E=MC2 where E is energy, M is matter and C is the speed of light?
I also remembered that quantum physics has taught us that matter could be in more than one place at the same time.
I also remembered that when conflicts were discovered between Einstein's theory of relativity and the basics of quantum physics, that there began a search for the theory of everything. That theory taught us that there is an infinite number of parallel universes.
This book describes the encounter I witnessed, a possible scientific explanation for the soul, and provides a movie script inspired by the encounter.
